Defective items will be refunded so long as we are notified within 30 days from the date you received the order. We may ask that a picture be sent indicating the defect. Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of notification and verification.

You may return non-defective items (wrong size, for example) for an exchange or refund so long as it is returned in "as new" condition; i.e., in a condition that the item can be re-sold as a new product. Generally, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund. For returns, we will provide the return shipping label for you to download and print.
