Items marked [DAMAGED] have shipping-related damage to their packaging (e.g., scuffed corners on an LP's sleeve) or have misprints outside of our typical QC acceptable range (e.g., a crooked print on a T-Shirt).

Product photos used do not represent the damage/misprints as they vary widely.

For physical media (LPs, CD, Cassettes), you can expect: split jacket seams, bent corners, cracked or broken jewel cases, opened or missing shrink wrap, etc. We expect the media to play, however, as the damage appears to be entirely cosmetic.

For apparel/printed items, you can expect: misprints, crooked and misaligned prints, stray paint blobs, darkened/lightened spots from printing process gone wrong, loose or flawed embroidery. We are not sending anything where the actual structural integrity of the item has been compromised.
